De’Longhi manufactures for a diverse range of consumers. Not many full-automatic espresso machines can claim that. Delonghi’s Dinamica series is no exception to the rule. With the Coffee Link app, all you have to do is just select a cup size and then choose whether to brew or froth first. You can also you can customize/select coffee quantity, strength, temperature, and milk quantity. The Dinamica Plus can also make a pot of coffee, which is a rarity for an espresso machine, and otherwise limited to some Miele automatic machines and Jura espresso machines to the best of our knowledge. As with other mid-priced machines, there’s not much stainless steel in the Dinamca Plus’s build. Instead, there is a substantial amount of plastic. However, it has a solid feel, and the titanium color gives it a high-end appearance, so it’s not a major issue. The Dinamica Plus uses 19 bars of pump pressure, which improves the 15 bars of the pressure of other models in the range. It’s important to note that the higher pressure doesn’t necessarily lead to better results. However, the machine’s brew unit should create a better pairing of flavor and crema. Now, according to my research, the Dinamica is the only full-automatic espresso machine that does this. The Delonghi Dinamica Plus doesn’t have this. So that’s one way in which the Dinamica is better than Dinamica Plus. 2. DOSE CONTROLIf you prioritize espresso and its range of specialty drinks, the Delonghi Dinamica Plus will be a great candidate. There are 16 preset beverage options. It brews both single and double espresso shots alongside lungo. It’s equally adept at a range of milky espresso options such as latte, cappuccino, macchiato, espresso macchiato, flat white, and hot milk. The ability to froth milk automatically means you can have your cup of caffeinated delicacy at the touch of a button. Anyway, although it’s unlikely you’ll ever have to call DeLonghi, be prepared for long wait times if you do. Trust me, calling these guys can be a true test of your patience and willpower! How to Use the DeLonghi Dinamica Plus DeLonghi automatic coffee machines generally use very little ground coffee for their standard beverage settings. I find they also use a bit too much water at times. So, I recommend you adjust the water level to match your desired potency. You won’t be surprised to hear that the DeLonghi Dinamica Plus has a height-adjustable dispensing spout. After all, this is one of the best features of any fully automatic coffee maker.
The ECAM370.95 offers a clear, premium-looking, user-friendly touchscreen with Wi-Fi connectivity if you’re happy to pay more. However, if those features aren’t necessary, the ECAM350.75 is still an excellent choice. However, I will say that the DeLonghi design department stepped it up for the Dinamica Plus. I feel like I can almost describe it as sleek and streamlined, although there’s still a distinctly utilitarian vibe going on. Press “NEXT” and detach the water tank again. The DeLonghi Dinamica Plus also froths alternative milk beautifully, including oat and almond milk, significantly improving many other automatic espresso machines. Then the LatteCrema feature and frothing. Smooth velvety airy froth gets made by both dairy and non-dairy milks. Also, the carafe is well-insulated. Meaning you can store the milk and use it afterward. Also, this walled insulation preserves the ideal pre-frothed milk temperature which is absolutely essential for perfect froth.
So a 19 bar pump, despite losing some pressure, will still fully extract espresso than a 15 bar pump. The ideal is 15 bar but during the espresso extraction process, this reduces which means relatively weaker taste and lower consistency rate. The DeLonghi Dinamica Plus comes with a two-year warranty that’ll cover you in case of any manufacturer defects. Even better, DeLonghi will throw in another year if you register your machine. Not bad! For starters, the Dinamica Plus features a lovely color touchscreen display. What’s more, the machine is equipped with DeLonghi’s wonderful LatteCrema automatic milk system. Rather than having a bunch of hoses and an external container, this elegant integrated frother just clips onto the front of the machine.

Every DeLonghi Dinamica Machine has an adjustable 13-setting built-in grinder. This means in each, you can brew coffee with freshly ground beans. Pre-Ground Coffee Funnel As you’d expect from an automatic espresso machine, the DeLonghi Dinamica Plus brews beautiful espresso replete with rich and enticing crema. Of course, fresh coffee beans help as they always produce higher-quality flavors and aromas than pre-ground beans. The LatteCrema milk frothing system is one of the biggest reasons to buy the DeLonghi Dinamica Plus. The manufacturer has obviously put a lot of thought into its user-friendly design.
Finally, I found the preset coffee temperature to be spot on for my taste. That said, those of you with asbestos tongues can adjust the temperature upward! DeLonghi Dinamica Plus Cleaning So, when you first receive and set up your Dinamica Plus, use the included water hardness test strips to calibrate the machine accordingly. Never add any pre-ground coffee when the machine is OFF. Doing otherwise can damage the machine severely.Even though this contributes to the high price of the Dinamica Plus, I think it’s a steal considering the Dinamica doesn’t offer this. The latte crema system has a clean function too and is dishwasher safe. Move the dial to “Clean” and you can purge the frothing pipe. Then, you can store it in your fridge without any milk residue in the container.
